1. General Usage & Account Security
When you subscribe to our platform, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our digital broadcasting network. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (M3U links, Xtream Codes API).
Important: Sharing your active subscription details with third parties or posting them publicly is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate, permanent ban without a refund.
2. Service Availability & Quality
We strive to maintain our status as a top rated IPTV provider by offering 99.9% server uptime. However, due to the nature of internet streaming, occasional maintenance or unexpected network fluctuations may occur.
Streaming quality (HD, 4K) heavily depends on your internet service provider (ISP), bandwidth, and the hardware you use. We recommend a minimum stable connection of 30 Mbps for buffer-free 4K viewing.
3. Billing & Refunds
All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions are billed on a pre-paid basis for the chosen term (1, 6, or 12 months).
We offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you face persistent technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within your first 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued for unused time.
4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree NOT to use our service to:
- Restream, broadcast, or distribute our content for commercial purposes.
- Use VPNs that abuse server bandwidth (though standard VPNs for privacy are allowed).
- Exceed the number of simultaneous device connections allowed by your specific plan.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our service after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
